INSOMNIA
Naranasan mo na ba yung antok na antok ka na pero di ka padin makatulog, ANg hapdi hapdi na ng mata mo ayaw pading pumikit... Grabeeeehhhh. Yan ang narasan ko nitong Saturday and Sunday.. Start yan nung umuwi ako ng Saturday morning galing sa work.. Hagard ang lolo mo kaka Farmville, Farm Town and Cafe World sa Facebook hahahaha. Mas malaki pa ata ang nabibigay kong oras kesa sa actual work ko. Ajejejejejeje.. Anyways.. ayun...
Umuwi ako diba.. so ugali mag watch muna ng TV. Then after ng balita sleep na ako. Pero nung araw na yun super parang ayaw akong dalawin ng antok,, So ang ginawa ni watashi eh, nag todo work para mapagod ang katawang lupa ko.. dang walang nangyari inabot ako ng 12:00 PM. Luwas ako ng Maynila hinanap coe jowa coe ampota di coe makita.. Tulog pa. tsk. naburyo ako uwi ako ng 4:30 Pm ulit ng Cavite... shoot dumating ako mga 06:00 Pm na. Inom ako ng mga 2 redhorse,, umabot ng 5 redhorse. kala coe Ok na.. Grabeeeehhh.. Ligo acoe.. higa.. ayun antok na antok acoe.. pota pag kapikit coe.. walang nangyari nakabilang na ata acoe ng isang milyong tupa.. wala padin.. Umabot ng 12:00 midnight ....
Paikot ikot acoe sa higaan coe,, nood acoe ng X rated film,, nood acoe ng drama.. wala padin.. umabot na ang 5:30 AM Linggo na po ito.... Baba acoe luto acoe ng food baka pag nabusog acoe makatulog.. tapos nun, try coe humiga wala padin.. Punta acoe ng RFC mga bandang 9:00 AM namili acoe kasi may trick or treats na sa subdivision namin... Nakauwi acoe mga bandang 12:30 PM na.. So feeling coe pagod na pagod acoe.. Grabeeelicious.. wala padin tindi ng mata coe sobrang hapdi na...
Ayaw coe naaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.. Lumipas ang Linggo at di pa din acoe tulog.... Hanggang ngayon wala pa acoeng tulog.....
I hate it.. sana mamaya pag uwi coe makatulog na acoe.. Hirap nang ganitooo.......

What can I do to improve my sleep habits?
